Aaron McCulligh is a 2017 2B/SS with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Jackson, NJ who attends Jackson Memorial. Young and lean build with a projectable frame and room to fill out with additional strength in the future. Ran a 7.85 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, shows good reactions off the bat, short steps to the ball, quick release with accuracy, occasionally gets under throws, arm strength will continue to develop in the future. Right-handed hitter, starts with a high hand set and a small leg lift trigger at the beginning of swing. Simple swing with repeatable mechanics, longer swing with a feel for the barrel, gets it through the zone well with line drive swing plane. Contact approach with ability to use all fields. Very good student.
