Dylan Kelley is a 2018 RHP/UT with a 6-4 198 lb. frame from Branford, FL who attends Branford HS. Tall and lanky frame with long limbs, broad shoulders, and plenty of room left for physical projection. Primary righthanded pitcher with a lower three-quarter arm slot. Very good extension down the mound with good drive off the backside. Repeats delivery well but will heighten his arm slot occasionally for more generation of plane. Keeps the fastball low in the zone while flashing late, heavy life. Flashed an 11/5 curveball with tight spin that was able to be thrown for strikes. Worked his pitches to both sides of the plate and showed a feel for three pitches. Projectable arm with good tools now. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set and a high back elbow. Elastic hand load with a short stride toward the plate. Turns the barrel over well and can create hard contact to the pull side. Hard hit line drive contact when on time. Named to the 2017 Florida Top Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List. Tremendous student.
