Jacob Hunt is a 2018 3B with a 5-8 190 lb. frame from Perry, GA who attends Perry HS. Thick compact build, especially in the lower half. Right handed hitter, barrel wrap with a deep hand load to start his swing, long and strong swing approach, can be late getting the barrel into the zone, impacts the ball hard when timed well and squared up, power approach. Works through the ball well on defense, hands can be late getting down to the ball, has a quick exchange and release, developing arm strength. Good student.
