Christian Quinn is a 2020 1B/ with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Wynnewood, PA who attends Harriton HS. Large, physical frame with broad shoulders and lots of well-proportioned strength. Primary first baseman with a full arm stroke and waits on the ball. Arm strength recorded up to 83 mph across the diamond with developing hands. Moves well to either side and gets on top of the ball well with accuracy. Secondary lefthanded pitcher with a compact delivery and works exclusively from the stretch. Over the top arm slot with a full arm action. Leg lift at the belt and generates sink on the fastball. Showed a curveball with tight shape and showed a changeup in warmups. Switch hitter who graded out best from the right side. Big leg lift trigger to get the hips going. Low effort swing with a clean path to contact. Some loft to the plane with lots of strength at the point of impact. Strength is there and with some lower half adjustments can create big power. Good student. Named to the 2018 NE Indoor Top prospect List.
