David Zamora is a 2021 C/RHP/IF with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Hamilton, NJ who attends Hamilton West-Watson HS. Recorded an 8.20 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with present physicality and size. Primary catcher with a lower arm slow and deliberate actions. Receives well and was recorded up to 71 mph with a best pop time of 2.06 seconds. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a simple turn step into a high leg lift above the belt. Short and compact arm circle with some coil over the rubber. Could gain more velocity from additional lower half push off. Three-quarters arm slot and slider shows some tilt and sharpness. Very aggressive and has good rhythm. Narrow base with a leg lift trigger into contact at the plate. Good stride that transfers weight well with good present bat speed. Power approach and has lots of upper half strength through the swing. The ball jumps off the bat head when squared. Good student.
