Seth Stone is a 2017 RHP/3B, 2B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Encino, CA who attends Sierra Canyon HS. Medium frame, thin young athletic build with significant remaining physical development. Pitches from an over the top arm slot with a compact arm action. Strike thrower who got to both sides of the plate with both pitches from a low effort online delivery. Quick from the stretch, fastball cuts and sinks. Sharp slider with tilt, softer version of breaking ball with 12-6 curveball break. Short line drive swing plane with a pull approach, gets to opposite field well at times, good rhythm to swing and has solid bat speed. Good student. Named to the California Underclass Showcase Top Prospect Team.
