Will Spence is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Flower Mound, TX who attends Flower Mound HS. Long lean build that projects well from both the mound and from the outfield. On the mound, throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. Long arm with good quickness to it. Lower half does a nice job of driving toward target. Weight falls toward 1st base following well extended release. Occasional cut on his fastball. 11/5 shape on curveball with good depth. Pounds the zone consistently. From the outfield, strong accurate throws to the bag, took his time on the transfer. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with an open stance, wide base, and high hand set. Short compact swing with a middle of the field approach. Has some raw power to the opposite field. Lower half is developing. Projectable frame.
