Ben Coker is a 2016 RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Dacula, GA who attends Hebron Christian Academy. Medium, strong build with long limbs. Room to project additional strength, muscle onto frame. Works to high 3/4 arm slot, athletic delivery that he has solid feel for repeating. Fastball up to 82 mph, offering has good armside run and some sink. Also flashed feel for low-70s curveball with good depth and 11/5 shape. Does a good job of keeping hitters of balance and mixes pitches well. Left handed hitter, spread stance setup with solid bat speed. Shows some strength and balls can carry to pullside, at times front side can clear early. Very good student.
