Cameron Garfield is a 2017 RHP/ with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Wellesley, MA who attends Phillips Academy. Large frame with solid, strong build throughout body and good projection remaining. Clean arm stroke up to 3/4 slot when pitching, follows through well and creates extension out front, good hip rotation in delivery, uses legs well and gets downhill, mild effort in delivery, FB worked 75-78 with varying life. Traditionally showed life to arm side when on top; will get to side of it and get slight cutting action. Complements FB well with good slider, tight spin with short tilt and solid command. Showed ability to throw strikes consistently with both pitches. Occasionally got to the side of both FB and SL, leading to both pitches flattening out on him a bit. Overall quality outing with good projection on mound.
