Sherman is a 2005 3B/MIF from Washington, VT with a lean 6'0"/165 pound body. He showed good speed running a 7.10 60 in workouts. At the plate he showed a line drive approach with a very aggressive attack to the strike zone. He has a level swing plane with an extended finish. He makes solid contact and showed good line drive power. He has a good feel for his infield position and made accurate throws at 69 mph. He has a solid glove with above average range. He only needs to increase his arm strength a bit. Zach is a very good student.
