2026 PG National Uncommitted Showcase (2027 Grads)
Ian Cabrera is a 2027 RHP with a 6-1 182 lb. frame from Eagan, MN who attends Eagan. Long and lean high waisted build with plenty of physical projection remaining. Works from a full wind up with an extended 3/4's arm slot, lands a bit open out front, works down the mound well and out front at release. Fastball topped out at 85 mph with very good running life, worked mostly arm side with his fastball and really got into right handed hitter's hands, ground ball/sinker approach. Breaking ball was a short 11/5 curveball that was thrown for strikes, has the release point and mechanics for more of a sweeper in the future. Nice change up with sink that created swing and miss. Has the pitches and command and solid projection. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
