Ian Cabrera is a 2027 RHP/ with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Eagan, MN who attends Eagan. Strong medium size frame. Right-handed pitcher with a three pitch-mix. Showed balanced drop and drive mechanics with extension down the mound. Has arm speed with a fastball that topped at 86 and held mid 80's velo throughout. Solid average strike thrower with the fastball that showed arm side run and life to it in the zone. Curveball has 11-5 shape with depth and developing spin traits. Developing feel for the change up that he does maintain arm speed on. Lots of traits to develop here with arm speed and physicality on the mound. Named to Minnesota Indoor Top Prospect List. Outstanding student.
