Griffin Brown is a 2026 3B/RHP, 2B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends Cathedral Catholic. Slender athletic frame. In the infield, the footwork is direct to the baseball. He shows feel for lateral movements even at his corner fitting body type. Hands work well. Whippy arm with good strength out of the hand. Right-handed hitter, medium base, and high back elbow. Some coil as he gets loaded but lacks engagement of the lower half to generate power. Plenty of bat speed but tends to lose feel for the barrel in favor of violence through the zone. Approach is geared middle to pull. On the mound, its a drop and drive style delivery with a loose arm. Extends well down the slope with three-quarters release. Two distinct breaking balls with limited velo separation. Excellent student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
