Paris Head is a 2029 SS/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Chicago, IL. Head provided defensive value at a range of spots on his event, starting as a primary SS displaying effortless athleticism and range with low effort throws across the diamond up to 78 mph. He kept the body in control on the run with a clean arm action that should develop nicely as physicality is added. The natural ability continued to show in the OF where Head flashed active footwork with carry behind throws once again up to 78 mph. He was able to touch 81 mph on the mound with lots of balance/consistency to the mechanics, releasing from a 3/4 slot with good drive from the lower half. Successfully attacked hitters in the zone with advanced feel for spin for age, CB registering at 2528 rpm. Offensively, the righty started from an even base with a high hand set and high back elbow, displaying quickness to the hands with hard impact to all parts of the field. He controlled the barrel well with additional power likely to develop. Posted an exit velo of 76 mph. Ran a 7.79 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.
