2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (28-29 Grads)
Adam Fowler is a 2028 RHP/OF/SS with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Santa Cruz, CA who attends Santa Cruz. Solid young build with some present strength. Works from the stretch with a high leg raise delivery and a 3/4's arm slot, gets out front well and moves down the mound effectively. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with some running life. Slider was his best pitch with 2600+ rpm spin rates and short and tight biting action. Showed some feel for a firm change up with fading life as well. Has pitchability and lots of projection and an already existing out pitch. 7.56 runner in the sixty. Worked out both in the infield and outfield in drills, actions were much more polished in the infield with third base actions, can get his glove down sooner, higher arm slot with good carry on his throws, arm is his best defensive tool. Right handed hitter, sets up in a narrow and open base with tight high hands in his load, inward toe tap timer, drops his back shoulder and creates an uphill swing plane, still developing his timing and barrel control, best contact to the middle of the field. Good student.
