Eric Colgrove is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-2 145 lb. tall, lean frame from Los Altos, CA who attends Los Altos. On the mound he works exclusively out of the stretch. Has a low 3/4 arm slot. Features a 4-pitch mix (FB, CB, SL, CH) with loose, whippy arm action. Curveball has sweeping action. Fastball has running qualities at times. Logged 3 quality innings. At the plate Colgrove shows an open stance and uses and leg kick trigger. Swing path is down to the ball creating backspin. Employs a pull approach where he barreled a few balls in his BP round. Clocked a 7.50 60-yard dash. Good student.
