Riley Jones is a 2028 OF/RHP with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Rayne, LA who attends Iota. Ran a 7.55 60-yard dash. Long and lean frame with lots of time and room to get stronger. Primary outfielder on defense, gets to the spot and comes through the ball with some momentum, solid throws with some accuracy. Hits from the right side, starts in an upright, narrow stance with high hands. Hands come quick through the zone, elevates the ball, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. Pitches submarine style. Arm works well from this slot with a short stride out front. Throws a fastball (61-64) with a lot of arm side run with accuracy. Mixes in a slow rolling curve (1900 spin) that breaks hard away from righties, can maintain his arm speed better on this pitch. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
