Easton Petitta is a 2025 SS/RHP/3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Cottonwood Heights, UT who attends Cottonwood. Tall and lean athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a tight hand load, simple load and timer that enables him to repeat his swing, hits through the ball well with developing strength, good base swing to grow into as he gets stronger. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, has good footwork and fluidity to his actions, gets around the ball well and into his throws, makes accurate throws with developing arm strength. Took a turn on the mound, has an athletic delivery from a high 3/4's arm slot, repeats his mechanics well and throws strikes. Fastball worked in the mid-70's to go with both a curveball and a slider. Good bet to keep improving as he gets stronger.
