Tosh Whitworth is a 2027 SS/RHP with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Santa Barbara, CA who attends Undecided. Features a tall, high-waisted build with room to add. Ran an 8.11 60-yard dash. Worked out on the infield. Showed the ability to make the routine play. Ranges profiles best for a corner spot presently. More arm strength should come down the line. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a narrow bae with a toe tap timing mechanism. Swings on a direct path. Still developing consistent timing. Approach allows for the opposite field to be used often. Right-handed pitcher. Utilizes a semi-windup delivery into tall and fall mechanics. Throws with good intent. Hides the ball well using a short arm action with a 3/4 slot release. Has solid arm speed for the age. The fastball got up to 70 mph with slight cut action. Flashed ability to throw it for strikes often with the ability to generate weak contact. Paired it with a curveball at 56-59 mph showing downward action. Offering was tough for hitters to see out of the hand, generating a few uncomfortable swings.
