Javin Hamura is a 2024 MIF with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Honolulu, HI who attends Punahou. Compact build with some present strength for his size. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread and slightly open stance, loads to his back side and shifts well through contact, has quick hands and good bat speed, middle of the field line drive contact, good impact, easy to repeat swing mechanics and timing. 6.86 runner in the sixty. Has quick feet in the middle infield on defense, works well through the ball with good timing and routes, quick release on his throws and makes accurate throws, can make plays on the run. Nice all around athlete who will keep improving as he gets bigger and stronger. Good student. Named to the Hawaii Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
