Yoel Segilio is a 2022 RHP/ with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Mendoza, SD who attends Dominican Republic. Physical frame with good size and lots of room to project physically. Primary right-handed pitcher who only pitched during the event. Side step into a leg lift at the belt. Compact release with a shorter arm action. Over the top arm slot with some stiffness at release. Has some fastball control to the glove side which topped out at 88 mph. Short break to the slider but can land it to both halves of the plate. Changeup showed good sink and arm side run down. Full three pitch mix.
