2024 Fall East Coast Workout Showcase (Friday)
Andrew McCormack is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends Fordham Prep. McCormack works from a medium athletic build with strength proportioned nicely throughout. Exclusively from his primary OF spot, showcased a controlled buildup with sound footwork and overall fluid mechanics. Clean and loose arm action, did a nice job of carrying momentum downhill with plenty of life behind throws up to 89 mph. Repeated the actions well and was fundamentally sound. Offensively, started from a wider, even base with a simple stride into impact. Easy bat speed generated through the zone with clear jump off the barrel. Evident strength in the hands for age, posted an exit velo of 90 mph. Ran a 7.51 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
