Clayton Wilguess is a 2027 SS/C with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Dayton, OH who attends Springboro. Longer frame with good size to both halves that can continue to fill out. Ran a 7.86 in the sixty. Infielder, has some athletic traits in the frame with good set of hands. Quicker transfer for age and solid body control. Looked comfortable on the move. Catcher, higher two knee set and gains ground well. Good looking transfer into on-line throws. Solid traits to work with from both spots. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance and lower back elbow with leg lift trigger timing. Uncoils a bit with some looseness to the path. Turns the barrel hard with some strength at contact present. Showed well to the pull side from a steeper entry. Things to like at the plate. Named to Top Prospect list.
