Colby Graves is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Moody, AL who attends Moody. Colby is a smaller built athlete with alot of heart and drive. A bit tentative with the glove in the field, but shows good arm action and the ball comes out on time. On the mound, Graves needs to drive from the back side more to give a stronger direction and leverage of the baseball. His fastball has some run to it, and the curveball has sharp break and bottom. At the plate, Colby has a balanced setup but gets a bit late with movement into hitting position. Some instruction here will clean up a few things and potentially lead to more consistent contact and bat control.
