2022 PG Softball Oklahoma City Scouting Combine
Olivia emery is a 2026 RHP/MIF from Neosho, MO who will attend Neosho HS. Not only is Olivia showing great upside in the cirlce, she also maintains a 4.0 GPA in the class room. Primarily pitcher, Olivia has 5 main pitches that she works with: rise, change, curve, backdoor curve and screwball. Overall she demonstrated good posture and movement on her pitches throughout the combine. Her changeup had a good speed differential in comparison to her speed pitches, making this a go to when needed in any count. Olivias riseball had good break and spin, once she creates a little more resistance on this front side with this pitch, it will be a great pitch to put hitters away. Overall, great upside in the circle for this young and talented athlete. Offensively, she steps in with a very mature approach in the box. She showed great gap to gap power, with pure raw power. Her bat speed and mechanics are very strong for this young athlete and as she gets older she will only get stronger. The growth for this athlete is high, showing great upside on both sides of the ball, she has a bright future ahead of her if she continues to put in the work. Very excited to continue to follow this athletes career.
