Chase Milburn is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-2 192 lb. frame from Edwardsville, IL who attends Edwardsville. Recorded a 7.20 second sixty yard dash time. Big body with a well-proportioned frame with present strength. Quick-paced full wind-up delivery from the middle of the rubber. Keeps the hands around the face with a high leg lift to the chest and a long stride down the slope with a smooth lower half movements. Gets the back leg through nicely and breaks into a deep arm path and releases from a low three-quarter arm slot. The fastball (2244 RPM) was 85-88 with some heaviness and arm-side run. Mixed in a shorter 12-6 shaped curveball (2382 RPM) that was mid-70s that mistimed hitters and then showed some late depth. Landed a sharp low-80s slider (2429 RPM) with late-breaking actions and missed barrels frequently. Can pitch backwards with it. Intriguing spin metrics and traits. Similar velocity band in the second inning. Exciting player with a high ceiling. Good student. Named to the 2024 National Indoor Showcase (Sunday) Top Prospect List.
