Logan Baker is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-4 197 lb. frame from Moorpark, CA who attends Moorpark. Lanky build with plenty of projection going forward, long limbs bode well to fill out as he physically matures. Ran a 7.97 in the 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, high three-quarter delivery with slight pause at the top. Longer arm action. Fastball topped 70 mph and showed for a late breaking ball that sat in the 57-60 mph range. Flashed a subtle changeup. Can improve direction and intent on the mound with added strength. Secondary first baseman, moved quick on the turn in drills and showed developing arm strength. Comfortable secondary position with solid actions. Right-handed hitter with an even, direct swing that works to all fields. Keeps the hands inside to contact well. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
