Brayden Bartholomew is a 2026 SS/RHP, MIF with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends South Mecklenburg. Recorded a 7.58 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and lean athletic build. Corner actions and footwork moving around with two-hand funnel out front. Throws across the diamond at 71 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher working from a full windup and low-belt lift getting down the slope. Three-pitch mix with feel for all three. Fastball up to 75 mph (1915 RPM) with curveball 60 mph (1895 RPM) with depth and changeup at 69 mph (1617 RPM). Confident with all three pitches to both sides of the plate. Works through the ball in the outfield with a fundamental one-hand gather and long arm stroke on throws. Online throws with inline momentum to the bases at 71 mph. Left-handed hitter with a wide base and slightly closed stance in the box. Knee-lift trigger with high hands separating into slot. Rotational upper-half swing with level path through the zone. Excellent student with a 4.5 GPA.
