Brayden Schwantz is a 2029 RHP/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Daniel Island, SC who attends Oceanside Collegiate. Medium athletic build with some length and physical projectability remaining. Works from a side step delivery with a very high leg raise and high arm slot, lots going on with his delivery that adds deception. Fastball was mostly in the low 80's and topped out at 83 mph, has been up to 87 mph in the past at PG events. Secondary pitches were his most effective offerings. Created deception and tumble with limited spin on a split finger change up. Showed feel for shaping and adding/subtracting on a breaking ball up to 74 mph. Very good student.
