2025 PG Great Lakes High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Billy Main is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-1 183 lb. frame from Hinsdale, IL who attends Hinsdale Central. Taller athletic build with some present strength, plenty of projection remaining. Two-way prospect as a shortstop and right handed pitcher. 6.89 runner in the sixty. Moves well laterally at shortstop with nice footwork through the ball, athletic lower half actions, soft hands out front, compact arm action with very good carry on his throws, can throw from multiple angles, can make all the plays. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a short stride into contact, has some bat speed with some lift in his swing, got the barrel out front consistently, showed power to the pull side and more line drive contact to the middle of the field. Works exclusively from the stretch on the mound with drop and drive mechanics and a 3/4's arm slot, some energy into his release. Fastball sat in the upper 80's to go with a sweeping slider and straight change up. Still developing command and consistency with all his pitches. Outstanding student. Named to the PG Great Lakes HS All-State Games Top Prospect List.
