Devan Carmignani is a 2025 3B/RHP with a long, lean, projectable 6-3 150 lb. frame from Oakley, CA who attends Freedom HS. Started the event off clocking a 7.66 60-yard dash. A primary third baseman that pitches as well. At the plate he demonstrated the ability to barrel the baseball consistently and drive the ball in the gaps. The bat path is flat and stays through the zone with excellent extension. defensively, Carmignani worked through the ball with confidence using the proper foot and glove techniques and delivering crisp strikes across the diamond with zip. On the mound he featured a 4-pitch mix (FB, CB, SL, CH) out of a hight 3/4 slot. Works out of the stretch exclusively, works quick and downhill. The delivery is athletic and repeatable. Devon was top 3 in velocity for the event clocking 81 with good arm-side run. Slider has sweeping action and was able to induce swing and miss with his secondaries. Good student. Follow.
