Fritz Phillips is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from La Canada, CA who attends La Canada. Long and lean high waisted build with lots of physical projection remaining. Long and loose arm action, gets into his lower half well coming down the mound, front foot and arm arm tends to be late often from the wind up, throws better strikes with better raw stuff from the stretch. Fastball was mostly in the mid-80's and topped out at 88 mph, plenty more there with additional strength and mechanical adjustments. Created some spin and tightness on a sweeping curveball. Excellent student.
