Elias Oster is a 2023 RHP/1B with a 6-5 180 lb. frame from Seattle, WA who attends Liberty. Primary right-handed pitcher with a lean, athletic build that bodes well for projection. Throws from a high hand start at the start with an over-the-top release in the finish. Body remains in control on a stable front leg. Fastball topped 86 mph with some life out of the hand. Flashed good feel for a slider with tight break and vertical movement. Able to work the ball up and down effectively. Has the frame to build more strength and continue to improve on the mound. Excellent student. Named to 2022 Sunshine West Showcase Top Prospect List.
