Kaleb Moran is a 2028 2B/RHP/OF with a 5-10 157 lb. frame from St. Louis, MO who attends Affton. Slender young athletic build with lots of growing ahead of him. 7.36 runner in the sixty. Primary second baseman on defense, has a compact 3/4's arm action that fits the position well, makes accurate throws, good fundamental actions to and through the ball, gets in athletic position to make plays. Also worked out in the outfield, has a longer and looser arm action, more of infield actions fielding the ball. Right handed hitter, starts from a narrow base with a long stride into contact, arm swing with full arm extension, line drive swing with good barrel control, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. Took a turn on the mound, has a high leg raise start and a long stride down the mound, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 75 mph to go with a soft curveball with a short break. Good student.
