Dylan Bailey is a 2019 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Aragon, GA who attends Rockmart HS. Medium-large frame with solid present build and good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.59 seconds. Sets to hit from upright, slightly open stance with lower hand set. Does a good job creating loft in swing plane, simple swing and repeats it well, showed good ability to barrel up the ball consistently. Good balance through swing, went to all fields on a line. Worked out defensively behind the plate; lower set with good flex, rushes a bit at times, gains ground well and shows very quick release from clean arm action, threw up to 76 MPH down to 2nd base and popped as low as 1.89 seconds. Very good student.
