Brady Strachan is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Poway, CA who attends Poway. Medium frame, slender build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.08 seconds. Primary shortstop, fielded the ball cleanly, displayed a good footwork with a quick transition but has a tendency to get the glove down late. Was clocked up to 64 mph on throws across the infield. Also worked out in the outfield, showed good glove work and made accurate throws, still developing arm strength. From the mound, throws from a three-quarter arm slot, the fastball sat 60-68 mph. Right-handed hitter, hits from an even upright narrow base with a leg kick, Has a high back elbow and the hands sit even with shoulder. Displayed a quick level swing with good pull side pop. Excellent student.
