Makani Geisen is a 2024 SS/RHP/3B with a 6-5 205 lb. frame from Battle Ground, WA who attends King’s Way Christian. Features a tall, lanky build with room to add more. Ran a 7.66 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Can make the routine play. Range profiles best for a corner spot. Can create carry on throws across, reaching 90 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an open stance with a narrow base. Will use both a moderate leg kick and toe tap timing at various times. Swings on a linear path with extension out front. Has solid hand speed present. Maintaining weight on the backside would allow for more impact at contact. Right-handed pitcher. Gets down the mound well using slight drop and drive mechanics. Shows good intent and athleticism. Fastball sat 83-85 mph, topping out at 88 mph, with ride through the zone. Can overwhelm hitters when elevated. Slider at 72-74 mph (2385 rpm) showed tilting actions.
