2024 New England Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Colby Moholland is a 2026 1B/MIF, IF, OF, UT with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Robbinston, ME who attends Washington Academy. Big phyiscal body. In the outfield, he is methodical in his approach to the fielding point, receiving it off the left foot. Long arm action to high three-quarters slot produces solid strength to the throws. Very accurate to the plate. In the infield and at first base, he shows good first step quickness, fielding with upright posture. Getting his feet under him before delivering strong accurate throws to the bases. Executed the turns well at first base. Left-handed hitter, wide base, and closed stance. Initial move is a deep coiling load that wraps the barrel. Big strength in the frame and in the hands. Fires it on time to catch it out front. Created pretty frequent loud contact to the pullside. Stayed inside everything and kept it compact. Underclassman that projects for even more power as he continues to mature. 5.27 40-yard. Excellent student. Named to the Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
