Nathan Chavez is a 2026 MIF/C with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Hanford, CA who attends Sierra Pacific. Features an athletic frame with room to add strength down the line. Nathan worked out on the infield showing proper glove work and the ability to move laterally effectively. He has a quick transfer into a strong, accurate arm across the diamond. Behind the plate he has a solid set up with good feet, a quick transfer and an accurate arm. At the plate he has a medium base with a slight leg lift. Quick hands to the pull side with the ability to barrel. He has a balanced approach throughout. He is a very good student.
