2026 PG Kansas City Indoor Showcase
Fields Floersch is a 2027 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 179 lb. frame from Lake Tapawingo, MO who attends Blue Springs. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 5.20 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense with two way potential on the mound. Works directly to the ball and gets the glove down early, had soft hand and good body control, quick release with solid arm strength across the diamond, projects to third base with his lower half actions and quickness. Right handed hitter, has a rotational swing with a small leg raise, swings hard and will get out of control at times but creates good bat speed and impact, best into the left center field gap. Works exclusively from the stretch on the mound with a belt high leg raise, clean arm action with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball sat in the mid-80's with some running late, threw lots of fastball strikes and commanded it well. Slider was his best pitch at times with tight spin and late biting action. Curveball flashed some depth but had some hump in it. Named to the Kansas City Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
