Max Hemenway is a 2027 SS/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Puyallup, WA who attends IMG Academy. Lean athletic build with plenty of physical projection remaining. Very good actions on defense, active feet and surrounds the ball well fielding, plays low to the ground fielding and gets on top of his throws, loose and fluid athlete, skills and actions over raw tools type of athlete. Left handed hitter, sets up in a balanced stance with a knee lift trigger, has easy bat speed, loose hands and wrists, barrels up to both gaps, very projectable offensively. Good student with a verbal commitment to Tennessee.
