Landon Orlando is a 2024 OF with a 5-9 148 lb. frame from Rocky Point, NY who attends Rocky Point. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean, projectable build and room to grow and physically develop moving forward. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front with two hands and a wide base, takes short steps moving towards the ball, overall footwork will continue to refine, works to a lower slot on throws with a full arm path in the back. Lefthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Keeps hands tight in swing, contact oriented approach, projects with added strength. Opens front side early, creates extension and hits the ball out front, can work around to all fields.
