Hewitt Wilt is a 2024 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Geneva, OH who attends Geneva. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.13 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, tall over the rubber, drives downhill closed off over front side, clean arm stroke to 3/4 slot, fastball worked 74-77 mph with some downhill and finish to it, looser-spinning curveball with gradual depth, has feel for changeup. Hits from narrow and upright stance, middle-field approach, bars hands into load, flat swing with improvable bat speed, has barrel feel. Good footwork at 1st base defensively, balanced with quick arm on throws, clocked up to 76 mph. Very good student.
