Austin Greene is a 2027 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Atascocita, TX who attends Atascocita. Medium build with some compact strength to build on. Works from a short hybrid wind up from the third base side of the rubber, high leg raise over the rubber with drop and drive lower half mechanics down the mound, longer stride out front, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 85 mph with some tailing life, worked down in the zone and had good feel for locating. Threw a change up has his secondary pitch and landed that consistently as well. Will need to develop a breaking ball to take the next step as a prospect. Outstanding student.
