Chase Cotton is a 2028 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Lincoln, CA who attends Whitney. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Works from a staggered toe tap start to his delivery, high front side and sinks into his back side moving down on the mound, compact arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 92 mph, worked four-seam and two-seam with his fastball and showed he could cut it as well, plenty of fastball versatility and feel. Turned over his change up well with good arm speed and killed the spin while creating fade. Threw a slurve type breaking ball that was more slider than curveball. Mixed his pitches and threw strikes in a solid outing. Good student.
