Logan Wideman is a 2026 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-6 220 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Walton. Big and tall athletic build with room to get even stronger. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a simple toe tap trigger, has strong hands and present bat speed, gets a bit downhill at times in his swing path, flashed some hard pull side contact, projectable overall hitting tools. Has really got to his power well in PG tournament play this summer. Primary first baseman on defense, tends to wait back on the ball and bend at the waist field, step by step actions, fielded the ball cleanly and has some arm strength for the position. Also worked out in the outfield.
