Bradley Kauffman is a 2021 OF/LHP with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Scarsdale, NY who attends Scarsdale Senior. Recorded a 7.09 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium frame with room to add strength and fill out. Primary outfielder with anticipatory actions into the fielding process, deliberate footwork into an uphill release from a shorter high three-quarters release. Recorded throws up to 75 miles per hour in drills. Secondary left-handed pitcher that works from a square start with an elongated rocker step into a belt high balance point. Uses a shorter stride down the slope, working to a higher three-quarters arm slot with slight stab on the backside of the arm circle. Fastball worked in the upper-60s for the duration of his outing, topping out at 70 mph with occasional cut to it. Mixed in a slower curveball that varied in shape and showed ability to disrupt hitters timing when in the strike zone. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open, very narrow stance with a low hand set and low back elbow. Middle-to-opposite field approach with flat swing path and inside hand path. Developing feel for the barrel that will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments. Excellent Student.
