Evan Caulfield is a 2022 RHP/C, 2B, SS with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Coronado, CA who attends The Loomis Chaffee. Lean athletic build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.21 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher, throws from a three-quarter arm slot, has a repeatable delivery and was able to change up his timing to keep the batters off balanced. The fastball had some armside run staying on the top half of the zone. Worked out in the infield, showed some athleticism, moved well laterally, was comfortable throwing from different arm slots and had good hands. From behind the dish, revienced the ball well, showed consistent accurate throws, had a 2.11 down to second. Right handed hitter, hit from a narrow even base with a leg kick. Showed decent bat speed with the ability to consistently hit the ball up the middle.
