Eli Jowers is a 2024 1B/RHP, 3B, MIF, OF with a 5-10 120 lb. frame from Fitzpatrick, AL who attends Auburn. Medium frame with a lean, young build. Plenty of room to fill out down the road. Ran a 8.20 second sixty yard dash. Primary Infielder fielding the baseball out front before funneling to the waist. Clean gather before shuffling into throws. Longer transfer making sure he gets it in hand. Big windup to throws before release with throws around the bag. Secondary Righthanded pitcher working into a side step and leg lift to the belt. Balanced throughout motion. Longer and deliberate mechanics making sure he is repeatable on each pitch. Lands slightly closed off before working over his front side. Medium arm circle in the back before releasing from a compact three-quarter arm slot. Worked off his fastball that topped out at 58 MPH while landing his 12-to-6 curveball for strikes as well. Righthanded hitter starting from a slightly closed off stance. Hands get deep during separation before working into an uphill swing path. Looks to let the baseball get deep and drive it the other way. Outstanding Student.
