Tanner Beltowski is a 2023 SS/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF with a 6-1 181 lb. frame from Ventura, CA who attends Buena. He ran a 7.30 second sixty. A primary short stop with a long athletic build. On the infield he showed some athletic actions looking best going left, he gets good carry on the baseball when he gets on top of the baseball. On the mound he does a nice job using his length to get down the mound with good emotions out front on the fastball at 71-77 mph with average arm speed. The changeup showed straight mostly but can get some depth when he get on top of it, the splitter showed better than the changeup with more depth consistently while the breaking ball is slurvy but in the zone mostly. Right-handed hitter, starts narrow with an open stance and gets back to even with a simple stride, his hands work quick to the baseball on a level plane using the whole field when he gets off the back side and drives through the baseball. Very good student.
