Marviel Underwood is a 2025 2B/RHP, SS with a 5-8 120 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends University City. Medium frame with long limbs, projectable with room to fill and time to do so. Ran a 7.77 second 60 yard dash. Primary second baseman, worked out in the infield with a playable glove, changes direction well, smooth hands and easy transfer, compact arm action with a quick release. Secondary right-handed pitcher, submarine mechanics with a long arm action, will raise arm a lot up to side arm at times for additional deception, pitches exclusively from the stretch, fastball has sinking action up to 68 mph, slider has the makings of a very sharp future pitch. Right-handed hitter, open stance in the box, compact swing that gets uphill at times, meets the ball out in front and can turn the barrel over, all fields approach with jump that will improve with additional strength.
